Sweet Bonnet Pepper
Description: A sweet spin on the scorching Caribbean classic. Sweet bonnet sports the charming tam o shanter shaped pods of a traditional scotch bonnet, the flesh is tropical sweet with the smoky start of a true hot pepper but no real heat. There is a small bit of heat that is detectable, but this is much more mild than a jalapeño, a perfect little pepper for making mild Caribbean recipes or those who love the fruity sweetness of Scotch Bonnets but can’t take the heat!
How to Plant: Gently loose root ball. Plant at soil level.
